As a Senior UX Consultant, led concept and execution of various efforts including the launch of ‘Deliver from Store’ functionality, Product Landing Page Redesign, and a Cart/Checkout Redesign.
Global Interactive Marketing for IHG Family of Brands
As part of IHG’s massive platform upgrade and rebranding effort circa 2011, I led the UX and Interactive Marketing teams to establish functional style guides and templates across the diverse brands. In parallel, I oversaw delivery of all 11 site migrations in 17 languages, with localized content and lifestyle photography.
Rebrand and Relaunch
As UX Manager and Creative Director, led the 5 Star Hotel rebrand and content audit effort online, plus overall agile development process in collaboration with various cross-functional partners.
Home Depot and Salesforce
Worked closely with Salesforce and DIY content curators to redesign, migrate, and relaunch the active ‘Project: How To’ experience.
